And on the other hand, calibers will be reaching their slef satisfaction if they utilize their skills & expertise in the right place as well. It is very important. if implemented in proper way taking each of its components/aspect seriously then it will do wonder for organisation.

It is very important. I think the main feature would be contolling attrition in the short Run by financial benifits and the long run bya transparent IJP policy. The canditates who were eligible but were not selected should be given feedback about why they were not selected.

In my view an Organizxation as incomplete without Talent Management as it is without Marketing Management or Sales Management. We have to remember that we make profits with our brands but it's our people (talent) who drive those brands and therefore it becomes a critical mission to manage performance, compensation, careers, engagement and motivation of our talent. Thus Talent Management forms the backbone of any organization taking it from Good to Great.
