If somebody can contribute others to get rid of their weaknesses, he can point out the one otherwise he will loose friends and peers for sure.
People doing that are wasting there lives and will ultimately discover how stupid they were.
On the other hand finding faults (even in people) have a psoitive side represented by ultimately curing such faults. Effective systems (processes) must be designed to higlight such faults rather than asking people to look for them.
Identifying weak areas with inputs for improvement will be very rewarding.
It is a very immatured attitude.
