How do you go with other nationalities and having a teamwork with them despite of the different cultures, languages on your way?

I believe to really understand your staff, get to know their culture, I bought a book on different religions, that helped me quite a lot. Being respectful of others religion earns respect and appreciation. Like understanding my Muslim workers and their customs, has improved my relationship and trust with them, Learning the language, in Tanzania a3rd of my workforce could only speak Swahili, so I learned the language. Currently I an learning Arabic

by speaking the same language in terms of alligning all team member efforts to achieve the main goal.
