Can Training Results be Agenda for Management review Meetings?

I do think  that training report to come agenda to discuss the management committee. Training & Development unit produces report for every training including pre&post evaluation for Country Director, Head of HR and Line Manager for sharing and how to improve the next.

These should definitely be a part of the agenda for management review meetings. In my organization, we make sure we review the performance of the new joinees as these would definitely have an impact on production once these staff go live.
