Its the ability of salesmen to use all his personal skills ( words, attitude, way of communications....etc) to make your product more valuable & well selected over competitors products.
As a Salesperson, Persuasion skill is the art of helping the customer to choose your offer over others.
Persuasion skills can be learnt just like any others, and they are a key part of being able to influence others to achieve your goals and objectives.
For me, its a combination of both flexible personality and an effective conversationalist that can a easily surpass a buying decision of a client regardless of any given situation.
And still Im on the stage of mastering it....
