Difficult customers come in a wide variety. There are those whose personality rubs you the wrong way. They may not be difficult for someone else, but they are for you.

 

Complaining customer- When customers are dissatisfied with the service you are providing they will be one of four kinds of complainers: aggressive, expressive, passive or constructive.

i don't believe there is adifficult customer,but if they exists they exist due to our failure to handle them properly.we creat difficult customers when we fail to deliver and understand their true intentions and needs.

complaining customers are just customers who are looking for solution,solve their problem and thet will be neutralized.

Complaining customers are those who are not satisfied by the service or product you offered and they are usually after sales complainers, whereas difficult customers are those with bad manners and are never satisfied no matter what you offer them and no matter jow high the quality of your service and products.
