Why does employee break the discipline?

I think there are2 issues involved here .1 would be will issue. The2nd would be due to other factors.

In the bpo industry where u have to do the graveyard night shift contenuously an emploee may be sick and may doze off one day. That may not be a will issue. But if this happens every other day hampering the client relationsip he may be sacked as that would be awill issue.
