How can we address the increasing problems of Obesity in early childhood?

We can address the problems of Obesity in early childhood by means of the following:

• Health Teaching about eating habits in young children  by providing a variety of nutritious, limiting junk food and sugary drinks.

• Information dissemination in Schools/public about the effect and risks of obesity in child development.

• Awareness of parents regarding the importance of healthy diet in early childhood.
