i believe some of them are honesty,positive attitude,appearance,knowledge and humbleness.

1. Honesty.

2. Positive attitude I can do.

3. Knowledge, skills, experience and achievement.

4. People belief.

5. Encouragement

6. Acknowledgement.

Your appearance - i.e. your dressing, your shoes, your collars, your shave.

Your knowledge - i.e. how well versed you are with the subject.

Your presentation style - i.e. how well you are able to make people understand your ideas and your topic and the level of interest you generate in your subject - everyone hates a boring presenter who is mumbling away about something with no zeal or fervor.

Honesty, Efficiency, Eagerness to learn, High Listening capacity, Encourage others, Own mistakes, seek approval  from seniors.
