Solaris can be simulated, HP-UX can be simulated, even mainframe can be simulated. Is there any simulator for AIX above 6.1?

qemu can simulate solaris on Sparc, HP-UX. Hercules can simulate Z/OS Z/VM OS/390 etc. .

Is there simulator for IBM AIX above version6.1?

There isn't any emulator for AIX, since it requires an IBM processor to run.

no their is no simulators for AIX because the it need a POWER processor H/W to be installed

other unix Operating system can be installed in Intel processor so that why AIX cant be simulated

There are no emulator for Power processors as far as I know.
