What is the future of Office365 in Middle East? Is this product capturing the market or disliked by Arabs Techies?
What I know - from previous experiences with other SaaS solutions -, I would say that the middle-east mentality is still lagging behind regarding entrusting external entites with their own applications and data.
I have worked for IBM and CA in Saudi Arabia, and what I observed there that business owners/esnior management and techies still prefer to have their own systems (applications and data) within their own boundaries !! Will this Office365 make it in the middle-east market place is still to be seen. I expect it may work in small businesses not the large/corporate ones !
