What is the difference between: "marketing automation", "sales automation" and "CRM"?

These `are software driven programmes for storeing the required information / data  whch enables the user in planning future activities in the required  field such as marketing / sales / crm. The data can also be used to generate required information for forming strategies. The difference would be related to different activities in terms of its utility.
