When looking for new job, what's the most important for you? The Name of the company or the salary or the type of work or working Environment or other things?

if you are looking for a long term job,or have a career plan, then it is most important to know the type of work environment.
you would like to choose a job that bests interests you hence, keeping you motivated.
even if you have a good salary if your work bores you, it's going to be a drag going to work everyday.
by the way, we have this so-called performance appraisal.
you don't have to worry about your salary if you are performing well in your work.
if you like what you do, it follows that you do your best for it.
good work=good performance appraisal=good salary.

We work for salary but we must consider the envirnoment there, therefore I think a good salary in tough enivrnoment is many time better than the low salary and friendly envirnoment.

i think the most important is working environment..when u will b comfortable u will give best...
after that company name and reputation is important and then salary ..salary is up to u becouse you will get how much u will give to that cmpany,,,

I think Working Environment will be first then name of the company then the salary

all these thing you mentioned is important and i concentrate on but for me i concentrate that the company i will join must be professional so that i can get money and experience

I believe the working envirement is the best item to concentrate on.
Because when you consider a company with a well-deciplined working envirement that your have opportunity to show you ability and you can try to be promoted then good salary and big company's name wont be out reached.

when we look for a job almost all of us want to be at a great place to work at so to avoid changing job again and again.
For me, I guess company's name matters because if that company has a name in market there must be some reason behind it for e.g.
employee satisfaction, attrition rate, salary package and etc.
So, a company with a name enrols in itself a good salary package, working environment .
So, company's name does matter alot.

The team is the most important.
You could brilliantly brand a company name if you have the right people to do it.
Of course, salaries are the basic mental line in getting a job.
But, hey! If we were all working in a good environment and famous companies, the world would be that "the most perfect of all".
And it somehow is, isn't it?

personally i look at the name of company in the first step because they better support their employees from any aspect.
then i carefully the job definition and whether my qualifications and interests fits them or not.

I believe one must look for a good company that has sustained itself in the market and is known to be steady and employee friendly.
  Working environment would be connected to the HR Policies encouraging Employee Growth and Employee Friendly Atmosphere. 
  Type of Work would be the next thing to be consider - if the work appeals to you, then salary would be the last factor to consider.
