What are the main reasons people communicate for?

People communicate because every individual has unique experiences to offer. Every human is bound by a finite amount of time, hence through communication we can learn things from one another more quickly.

To live!! Without communication life would be impossible.

the ultimate goal of communication is to gain some profits either in monetary terms or in intellecutal terms

to meet goals

1. For individual need.

2. Organizational need.

Basically, the purpose of communication is for humans to exchange information.

Humans are social beings and therefore communication is their basic element to relate with one another.  If animals do communicate with their own specieis, so do we, since we are endowed with intellect.
