generally i avoid being judgemental when it comes to people,i believe if you judge people you should accept being judged and exposed.so i don't believe in judging people on being stupid as this is a relative word that depends on our and their point of view.
judgement opens the door wide open for confrontation which i believe should be avoided at all cost.
i believe as aprofessional you should accept people for whom they are and treat people as they like to be treated.
From my personal experience I can say that the best way to deal with stupid people is to be patient in the beginning, explode on them when it gets too much and then perform better than them in every way. Develop skill sets to overpower their abilities, beat them in ideas, beat them in talent, beat them in generating business to a level that they themselves realise how wasteful their lives and skills are. We must make sure not to over achieve them by whiskers but by enormous margins that are completely impossible for them to achieve so that they are ashamed to even utter a word in front of us... Finally when they realise their mistakes and incapability, make peace with them, forgive them and move on because stupid people are the ones who teach you to be better, skillful and mature professionals...
With time, experience, maturity and wisdom, this becomes the "norm" dealing with "stupid" people around you.
I really do NOT accept "double standards" deaing with this problem depending on whether these people are higher than you or not. I always insist on being professional in these issue, having the courage to say what you believe without being rude, and being nice and dinplmatic while saying what you believe without losing your professional integrity. You deal with customers, and as they teach us in marketing and sales, the customer is always right, enen when/if not. Real-life practicalities also tell us our bosses are right, how can you possibly challenge this ?
Some people go to the extreme of sayin " Tie the donkey where its owner says, even if he says tie the donkey in the bedroom instead of the back yard" >>
Is this how you really deal with stupid people ? or people who have differnt views than yours ? who you may consider wrong while you consider yourself right ?? Back to what I started with, be professional, maintain professional integrity, and be diplomatic while you say what you believe when you have to say what you believe !!
There are no stupid people around but some people cannot express themselves well enough. Then it is the smart peoples’ work to understand them and their concerns fully and meet their needs and expectations in a well-defined way.
Donald Trump says “in life you have to work with people you don’t like” so that in business, you are among both of STUPID and intelligent people. They are all around you. Both of them include your stakeholders
By the way, dealing with STUPID man doesn’t make you stupid too. Give no consideration to his/her personality, Just keep an eye on your target which is profit maximization.
Good Day!!!
We have to be professional with with our coleagues and clients........ we meet people of different natures and different social backgrounds........ yeah some has a very low IQ but as the time goes, your maturity gives you room to be comfortable with the situation and to handle it professionally.
Humans are not born stupid, but ignorant, stupid and makes education
From where you get this questions ????/it reflects facts
thats TRUE ,,,,,,, EVERY ONE HAS ONE OR TWO STUPIDS AROUND, PROBLEM IS TO DEAL THEM NICELY.......
Generally, when we deal with people, the challenge is how to adapt not to accept or refuse.
