What do you think are some of the biggest challenges our sales management and Project Managmnt people face right now? What would you do to help them?

The first cahllange from my point of view is no needs, no project. The second I would suggest that is linked to environemental of business itself and the behavior of our competitors.

My answer is in view of Software companies. The biggest challenge the sales management team faces is from the competitors. 

As a Project Manager (development manager), we should include innovations (More better User experience, more integration with other products, etc.) into our products that gives us competitive advantage, and sales team can project the innovations to beat competition..
