The consultant representative PM could monitor a project constructed in many sites through :-

1- Progress reports delivered to him from the sites managers.

2- Monitoring the over all progress from the total project time frame schedule.

3- Progress meetings with the sites managers.

4- Periodical pre-schedule sites visit to ensure the site progress activities.

5- Monitoring the approved payment certificates against the progress percentage.
