1. Not clearly communicating to the employees the benefits of changing over to the new system using good examples.2. Not clearing the various doubts that the employees may have about the new system3. Not training the employees properly due to which they find it diificult to use / accept the new system.4. Not highlighting the conveniences in using the new system as compared to the old system.5. Not motivating the employees to learn the new system.
