14Jul14.Well, its True. While good Muslims pray5 times each day and abstain from alcohol and pork products, and while they fast from 'dawn to dusk' . at that time there is so much food placed before the family and friends that all of it cannot be consumed. Of course, the reasoning is that they need all this food to get them through the next12 hours. But let's face it, Christians (Roman Catholics in particular) fast for40 days and nights. They eat very little and subsist on water only during the day. This applies whether you work in an office or work underground as a miner. When the Lenten season has finished, Christians celebrate the Holy week of Easter to celebrate the risen Christ. It is a wonderful celebration and confirmation of Faith in there being Three Persons in God namely The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit. Ps:.and you can't beat that.Much Obliged.pwm
