A client or customer collapses at the work place , what are the first steps to be taken should this occur?

1. Provide first-aid

2. Check with fellow accompanying Client/Customer for any medical requirements/attention needed by the subject person

3. Inform relevant authorities and arrange for further medical care

4. Ensure that business responsibilities are passed on (as per BCP {Business Continuity Plan}) so that BAU (business as usual) remains unimpacted
