Do you think that the new version of oracle apex (ver.5)is the expected hope to solving the problems of the current version (ver.4)

I'm working under APEX4.2 there is some difficulty because of the absence of arabic bibliography , and i try to develop arabic interface so other problem with the RTL language.I have Solve these problems.you telling about apex V5, i think that this version is not available yet to download so i can't telling about a version that i do not try it.cordialement.
