How to maintain good relationship with consultant without affecting the method of work from contractors side ?

It will effect to the entire company not for the QA/QC Engineer it's dosegn matter?  If we maintain the Approved work /Job procedures with out any deveations from claint or Third party inspectors that will auto matically Effect good relation ship inbetween Consultant & Contractors

The cordial relationship between the contractor and consultants can be maintained by :

• Documents clearly spelling out the scope of work and applicable methods to perform these works (considering all specifications).
• Meticulously defined roles and responsibilities of both parties.
• Effective and well maintained documentation.
• Open communication.
