Job vacancy in the bank you have a choice from two, one of them a have efficiency , the second his relative from the biggest customer, how choose ?

most will go for one with "Biggest customer" when its a small bank and short of funds while a stable bank will select efficient one.

I prefare efficient one.

Though I think I have been a victim of bias many a times I would go for the efficient candiadate.

• If I do otherwise I would not be doing justice to my position.
• Also I will loose respect of my co -workers.
• People who get things that they do not deserve expect more.
• So it would be a totally wrong decision.
• A man who does not succumb to pressure is apreciated by all. Even by people who are not benifited. Everyone will respect your reputation.
