No, each profession has its own dynamics and requirement, I did worked in accounts, then admin and now a superb and enjoying career in Human Resource and i found that juggling b/w any two or three role would create issues....

yes , as these fields are somewhat interrelated.
For example an HR should have some knowldge of aacounting when it comes to compensation and benefits handeling, also an Admin should have knowldge of acconting when it comes to handeling routine expenses and so on....
