How to avoid conflict during a conversation?

The importance is not to seek to avoid it, but to transform it into a knowledge discution constructrive. 

Listen to what is being said and do not interrupt until it is your time to talk. Both sides should be able to understand what is being said. 

you must deal with the conversation.. you must be an active listener..minimize listening on personal beliefs instead understand what the other person say and respond appropriately. ask question to clarrify rather than assume and observe the value of respect.
