Who would you prefer a. A high school graduate with 8 yrs of experience. Or b. A MBA graduate with 1 yr of experience.

I would prefer the high school graduate with8 years experience because practical knowledge is what gets the job done.

However I will encourage the graduate to use the practical knowledge to qualify him/her self.

MBA Graduate with1 year of experience.

It all based on the company vision and then the job nature, level, and responsibilities
