Who is the most important to you your company or your immediate boss?

In my opinion my immediate boss could be wrong. All employees should be aligned with the company goals

what is important is our enterprise strategy and achieve her progress so you should care about this ,

The Company therefore come first because without a company there is no superior or to me personally.

 

Basically, the boss is not working in isolation with cooperate goal.every if his action ,input is tractable from the company goal, target,standard ,mission and vision statement. Both the company ,individual works hand in hand to achieve organisational and individual objective. Therefore with out company no boss.

Boss is most important because Boss knows better 

what ever you do, you are doing, the best for your company......company is really important and then comes the boss.
