Leadership has been a phenomenal term around us for decades now. We all have different perceptions on this term, but what exactly is it? An Art or Skill or a Technique?
I think it is an art
It is combination of Art, Skill and Technique...
Its a Technique. As they say Leaders are born not made, I believe not all set of skills can be transfered or learn, some of us are blessed with exclusive individuality that distinguishes us from others of the same kind. How ever certain leadership role can be catergorised as a skill.
Leadership is a skill so it s coming from what technique we use for that particular thing so thats mean Art.

leadership is more on action and not in position, basically for me it is an art in terms of being an effective leader, skills in motivating the members and technique to be more effecient leader.
