Incoterms are pre-defined international commerce terms that clearly state responsibilities, costs and risks associated with transportation, insurance and delivery of goods for both buyers and sellers. Therefore, they should be used in every negotiation in order to avoid problems.

The definition of all the Incoterms can be found at: http://www.iccwbo.org/products-and-services/trade-facilitation/incoterms-2010/the-incoterms-rules/

You may also find charts online with pictures such as this one: http://www.ferfreight.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/incoterm-2010.jpg

Please note that Site Delivery is not a valid Incoterm.

Thanks for your answer and fruitful information, but why "site delivery" is not a valid incoterm?
