If you had the opportunity to change one thing in your job or business without consequences. What would it be and why?

Change will have consequences ,if well planned it will be positive.

as for your question I believe it is the general attitude within the work place.

I would not change one thing, because I enjoy what I do and a do it to the best of my ability and has long as I can learn soming new and different each day and then be able transfer that to others I am happy
