• 1-      Finding a team you can work with properly and they view you as a leader.
• 2-      Keeping the team spirit & creativity  of the team high in thess dire economic times.

Health insurance coverage, too much Government intervention, HMOs, and declining reimbursements. The looming possibility of rationing of Health care in the future. Life span getting longer thus increasing the number of chronic illnesses that require more complicated procedures and more expensive technologies.
