What kind of laboratory analysis and tests you are daily working on?

My job is to manage and control the methods of lab tests in my laboratory and control the methods of analysis of food and work in special quality of food if it increase more than what it allow you can disagree of that food

I am performing my experiments related to synthesis of emulsified diesel fuel along with fuel testing according to ASTM D-975 testing methods.

1-      تحديد مكونات اختبارات الدم  والكشف والتحليل لمختلف                   الأمراض.

2-      جمع عينات وسوائل الجسم الأخرى.

3-      الكشف عن الطفيليات في عينات الدم والبراز.

4-      أعداد أطباق الزراعة مع معرفة الكائن بطريقة الميكروسكوب أو الأصباغ أو حساسية الاختبارات.

5-      المعرفة بأساليب التعقيم في المختبر.

6-      الدوري معايرة وصيانة معدات المختبرات.

7-      أتبع معايير السلامة في المختبر.

8-      أظهار شخصية متوازنة واللطف في التعامل مع المرضى و أعضاء الفريق الطبي.

9-      معرفة تقنيات التحليل الكيميائي الإكلينيكي تلقائيا ويدوياً.

0-  المعرفة على تقنيات أليسا (ELISA).

1-  تطبيق الأساليب المختلفة للجودة داخل المختبر.

2-  ممارسة الكمبيوتر في التطبيقات المخبرية.

3-  حفظ السجلات والتقارير المخبرية.

4-  إعادة تشكيل المواد الكاشفة  وتسجيل المحللات لهم والحفاظ على سجل وانتهائها بجدولة.

5-   تسليم أعداد عينات المريض وتشغيل الاختبار والبرتوكولات 1
6-  الابتدائية التقييم لنتائج الاختبار وإعادة تأكيد النتائج الشاذة ومناقشتها مع فني المختبر أو رئيس الدائرة 1
7-  الإبلاغ عن أي صعوبة تقنية إلى رئيس الإدارة .

MY MAIN JOB IS TO TEACH AND GUIDE STUDENTS FOR INORGANIC SALT ANALYSIS AND MIXTURE ANALYSIS.
I ALSO MANAGE A WELL EQUIPED COLLEGE CHEMISTRY LAB LAB IS SMART ENOUGH FOR STUDENTS OF HSSC

Basicaly, I am the team leader of Incomming materials & Finished Product group of top five pharmaceutical company in my country. I have to

1.     Maintain of GLP and cleaning in Laboratory.

2.Monitorin Analysis of raw materials, samples from different sources as per requirements specification by using appropriate equipment & approved test procedures &

3.     Also Monitorin finished product checking to ensure that products are produced as per specifications.

 

 

Beside my managerial responsibilities as a lab manager I used to do the following:

Worked as a resource technologist for the subordinates. Developed lunch and learn program for the staff. Performed the bench work in a core lab in the following disciplines: Chemistry, Hematology, Toxicology, Transfusion Medicine, Urinalysis, Microbiology, and Coagulation Profile

My job in the Lab was to analyze the Chemical &physical Properties of the Row material ,Intermediates .&Finished Prpduct of the Synthetic powder Detergent

I am performing analysis of granule pesticide

i am performing complete  Analysis of Drinking water, Water treatment, Waste water treatment, Cooling Water system, Boiler feed water, Boiler blow down, Tube well water, and different samples from utility section using analytical and Instrumental Chemistry. 

Analysis of Lube oil, Engine oil, Gear Box oil, Transformer oil, Diesel and kerosene oil.Analysis involving, viscosity, flash point, pour point, neutralization number, moisture,Suspended solids, and specific gravity etc.

Natural Gas analysis, Ammonia Gas Stream analysis and L.CO2 analysis.
