I prefer people with average level of knowledge, skills and capabilities and high degree of integrity. Skills and knowledge can be developed and improved. However, you cannot change a person's inner values. They either have them or not.
Intergrity is more expensive than others. It guarantees your campany from irregularities. Integrity too will encourage the average employees itself to develop their capabilities in all the way for company needs. Because their nature manner is how to give the best to company.
2. People with average level of knowledge, skills and capabilities but high degree of integrity Because knowledge and skills in our hand as a manager and company we can provide to employee through training and practical work but degree we can't give it not in our hand
It's for sure that all would prefer people with integrity. Low integrity has no meaning as loss of integrity remains. Generally people who enjoy their agreed and accepted work challenge are performers and highly satisfied and do not look for unfair means as source.
Difenetely People with excellent knowledge, skills and capabilities but low integrity Cause the degree is not everything in this life the employee might be an excellent worker beacuase he already experienced and have good experience on the other hand that guy with degree all he know is what he learned in the school
so tell me which one do you prefer ? do you want a guy to learn him ? or a guy he already have experience ?
While hiring employees for my organization i look for three points
1. Can he do the job?
In other words: does he have the skills, experience, and education to be able to fulfill all the requirements listed in the job description?
2. Will he do the job?
Is he committed to the mission and/or central issue of the organization?
3. Will he fit in?
Does he know when to say “organization” rather than “company”)?
About the integrity i cant judge it if he didnt work for me
Other else he has a bad reputation before he come to work with me and i knew that
then definitely i will never hire that person
Integrity and accountability will be a precondition to select someone for any positions. Without it people cannot be suitable for the organization. We are not seeking a candidate only knowledge, but also complete human being. As your question, I will prefer of People with average level of knowledge, skills and capabilities but high degree of integrit.
