I would definately choose an undergraduates with complete knowledge, skills, experience and still willing to learn.
In this situation, I would prefer undergraduates with complete knowledge rather than graduates.
i prefer those who are willing to learn even if they have no experience rather than those who have experience and still stuck with the old ways
SELLING IS AN ARTISTIC SCIENCE ......... WHO KNOWS IT BETTER THATS THE RIGHT MAN FOR SALES,,,
,EX: A DRIVER WHO ALREADY HAVE HIS LICENSE BUT DONT KNOW HOW TO DRIVE OR SOME ONE WHO DOESNT HAVE A license but knows how to drive
who'd u choose to take you home? i'd pick the one with no license
As far as I'm concerned, an undergraduate, who has skills, vast experience and more knowledgeable, as well as willing to learn, is more preferable to a graduate who has little or no experience at all. In other words, this is because the graduate does not have anything to offer if employed, for instance, whilst the former has a great deal of knowledge to expend and tremendous experience that would get them going, and also acquire more knowledge through their zeal to learn new things.
i've already answered a question like this,
as i said before ,
a undergraduate with complete skills and able to learn more is better than graduated with no experience
