I am not known to that word but I would like to define as BUSINESS RELATIONS.
I think business relations covers every point like sales, marketing, pr, communications etc
The common factor is working with people. So I guess in one meaning I would claim marketing, sales and public relations as interpersonal associations. While each focus on their own gains within an industrym such as structure, profit and network respectively, all succeed based on trust between client and associate, between businesses and even between trades. Your marketing strategy, your ability to sell, your influence between liasons all come down to appealing to your specific client or sought for client.
ALL these terms start using or target by a company when the want to raise the turn over of a product or services or want to achieve a certain level of target.so marketing,promotion and advertisement sales,pr and publicity are interlink with the turnoverand when the company maintain high quality standards and customer values that raise PR and Publicity.
Do a Charity show where a fixed percentage of profit ll go to charity.
Honest is the word that can collect and cover all of them .
