Vehicle misfire even replace damage spark plug new spark plug get damage in one day?

If new spark plug also getting damaged, it looks like wiring harness is the culprit. The wiring harness connecting to that spark plug must be short at some place (possibly not visible). An OBD analyzer will give spark plug malfunctioning but it could not give wiring harness error in particular. Try to replace the harness and check again.
