What are the most important planning tools in industrial plants?

The Gantt chart is a great tool to have clear ideas and facilitate business meetings, so I also used to validate the project started with the steering committee and formalize the start with the agreement of officials.

1-Elements Planning in plant There are ( Time , Cost , Quality ).

2- Used MS project program for controlling above elements.
