Why most of the latest databases used mysql as their best choice?

I am sorry to say, I couldn't get your question correctly that what do you want to ask here. No database is using Mysql as their best database.

Beacuse of the flexiblity provided in MySQL, You can use it as local database for Windows Applications and also server database for Web Applications.

Other Database Management softwares are host specific, For Ex Oracle needs Linux base.
