How do you leverage your teams ideas effectively on a Global Project?

Here are some advices:

1. Recognize every team member input.  Giving appreciations to elegant ideas.  

2. Allow your team members to improve the quality of an idea given by you or by others.

3. Use stories and pictures in your explanations to get your team members attention.

4. Encourage your team members to give questions and remarks. 

5. Ask your team members to think about a situation and come back at a later time and offer thoughts and ask more questions about it. 

6. Don’t take it personally when your team members don’t immediately line up behind you on agreeing with your proposed solutions.
