Proper positioning when lifting, sitting, standing and i maintain a good gait during walking and above all regular exercises keep me fit and away from joint pains.
It would be important to do the regular exercises as a habit to keep your healthy life. Recommended to use trolleys or any types of carrying equipment when ever possible to prevent joint paining or back paining. Keep rest according to the provided time table. Ware a belt before lifting heavy items always. Then you can be minimized the harmfulness of the joint paining while working in the baking industry.
