What prevent student from going to college?

Life is short, it is a choice, and every one is free to do what ever they wish to do.
but our actions can either destroy us or save us a lot of misfortunes and disappointments.
One important and right choices every Human has to make in life is the right to get educated.
I mean continuous education.
some individuals could abuse such second class basic right because of some reasons.
one of them could be a personal, nonchalance, and others could psychological.
