I THINK THE INDUSTRY & CUSTOMERS DO THE FINAL ACCOUNTABILTY OF OWNERS / FOUNDERS ,,,, THEY GIVE THE FINAL JUDGEMENT ABOUT THE OVER ALL IDEA/PLAN OF THE COMPANY ,,,, SOME TIMES SMART NEGATIVE MARKETING WORK CAN CHEAT THEM FOR SOME YEARS BUT THEY WILL COME TO THE REAL JUDGEMENT , FINALLY ............. ACCOUNTABLITY TO EMPLOYEES

Their Accountability is the Strength and cause  of Industrial Revolution and the socio economic strenth of the country. They are responsible for the industry they belong to, the customers they target to, the country they belong to, the world the technology they adapt to, the workers and the society thro' whom  they took a mould.............

I think they are mostly accountable to all the stake holders like the community, customers and employees
