When you are looking for expanding your sales department, you will face allot of applicants with different qualifications, backgrounds, personality. But which point will you mainly use to make your choices?
First of all befour searching for candidate, i will have main points wich i will follow ( they depends of the type of work and the position), they may be education , experience, the most important thing is is he/she a team work player ?If the candidate is with no experiance, he may be better c because he is going to be better and quicker learner.if he/she have a lot of experiance he /she may be useful for the work and for the team.
The main things we have to follow is
1) identify from the previous experience that he/she has sales skills
2) Confidence enough in the product and company
3) Just see the persons carrier graph in order to identify any connection with selling these products
4) interactive and aggressive in nature or what ?
Must be a qualified team and coach by any jurisdiction can not Include much of the team is to be specialists
Second: to enjoy the spirit of the team
Third, has the skill and tact to speak

Fourth: The team has to be accepted and the spirit of perseverance to work and communicate with each other
