Is it enough to issue Press Release to redeem your company's reputation? Why or Why not?

It is one of the steps we should do  to show our social responsibility but its not enough because we must  solve the problem by involving the team from inside and by hearing the customer points of view after that make decisions .

We should have flexible strategy   and always follow up with the team and the customer and evaluate the results.
