Is "diversity" & "multiculturalism" of workforce ESSENTIAL for economic prosperity in the 21st century or is it just BENEFICIAL?

There is a difference between the five economies you had mentioned in terms of origination and development cannot be compared between the diversity and multiculturalism of the workforce for a different reasons in evolution

For example: Asian economies, as they call it, or the Tigers did not rely on the diversity and multicultural workforce mainly in prosperity, but are almost of one color

The diversity and multiculturalism workforce is not necessary but is an additional factors.

multicultur environment, is essential to a limit, if over stretched, it will blow back into negative community behaviours, and if not controled, it will cause dramatic consequences, on the entire country own heritage

take a case study like United Kingdom

british citizens are today facing an overwhelming force of multiculturism within their own comunity

they never actualy had any issues about foreigners, but once things started to take a different rank and slope things started to change and today you find that the once harmony that existed between british citizens and other multicultures is shaking, it even took over entire communities turning it into their own rules and business dictating who works and who wont, they even bring in their own people to work, so they factually creating more unemployment gaps within the british citizens...

Take another case like USA

USA is a country that was inhibited by multiculturism society over the years

but wait a minute is it really successful???

well, only if you have strong ties with someone or something you might get with your ideas through

other than that, its like the americans say " you are dead meat"

the USA today has a broken socio environment with so much problems

ranging from broken health care system, huge unemployment, and crime rate is as high as the sky

also a lot of serious problems within their own societies and education and work force.

so is multiculturism a good thing??????

to an extend, if you dont control it you loose it totaly

so what is essential for economic prosperity

lets bring one part of this case in

to have a GDP for a society it is measured by the welfare of the family itself

meaning, their earnings, and their spending

if a healthy family lives a good average life their spending will benefit the growth

if the ability to lower imports and expand exports, meaning'the country men and women are thinking

and inventing and also being well placed in the system so they get benefited from

but if i rely always on foreign investments and foreign people to continuesly give us advise and money

and goods to make us feel better, then you tell me here

where is the growth? the real one???

growth needs to start from within the country using its own resources and people first

then add on it anything you like when u have more room for it

the wheels of teh think tank needs to start from within the country

to enable the full use of your people potential, also by giving them better education

and opportunities they will evolve better for your own sake

imagine like japan, when kids at 5 years are making robots and electronic circuits

as well as creating things we only dream of, while others are relying on foreign brains to do the thinking

on your behalf..????

Growth needs to start from within, and control multicultural system without comprimising your own.
