It’s important to clarify that awareness isn’t about product awareness, branding or familiarity with your company. To motivate buyers to enter the buying process, you've got to get them to challenge their assumptions that the status quo is good enough.

I would say BUYER IS ALWAYS ALERT and if is not, than we should assume that he is always aware

The awareness is needed to business persons or processes becuase buyer have not invested in the business process and he has different options always to go on, but a business has only one way and that is AWARNESS.

In my opinion, the statement "let the buyer beware" is grammatically incorrect. The statement should be "LET THE BUYER BE AWARE". Hence, there will be no marketing point of view for an incorrect grammar.
