Sales plan is a road map which spells out sales objectives to be attained, strategies and implementation and control mesures required to attain defined sales objectives.

Sales strategy is a course of action required to attain a sales objective hence an element of a saales plan.

Sales process is a range of sales activities used during selling activities to activate a defined sales strategy in an effort to achieving a defined sales objective

Sales strategy is identifying the markets where you want to sell your products and what is market size.

 

Sales plan is what you are going to sell in those identified markets and what are the channels available.

 

Sales process starts after you receive your first order from those identified markets.

Sales Strategy: Defines the overall approach to achieve the sales, taking into account the competing environment, the opportunities available and the obstacles to overcome. The strategy is defined by the leader, so he / she should be able to find the ways and solutions to reach the target and provide guidelines to the staff. Amongst others, the strategy includes initiatives that the leader plans to undertake. Deviations, and innovations that he /she devises to achieve the targeted sales. Sales Plan: It's a nstural corollary to the strategy and outlines the road map to reach the sales goal based on the strategic advices and guidelines. Sales Proces: The Sales Plan decides the sequence of events, their timings, actions, expenses which leads to the execution as a Sales Process.
