Good command on English Langauage and Local advantage is also an advantage to tap markets and communicate effeciently.

Good Written skills becuase email has become very important medium of communication and if things can be put across in crisp , pointwise,covering all details and matter whch is intended makes huge difference.

Effective communication is the essential backbone in any managerial position because many actions by staff members cannot be implemented if there is no stable, clear communication in the hierarchy. Problems cannot be resolved, and creative ideas cannot be utilized, neither would feelings and concerns be expressed. In order to be an effective communicator the following should be taken into consideration:

1.) Voice your opinion in a professional manner without getting too personal, sometimes mixing business with pleasure is a huge mistake.Try to keep relations professional to avoid misunderstandings in communication.

2.) Maintain stable communication through a variety of media: in writing via emails or text messages, letters, announcements, and face-to-face meetings. Making sure you always speak to clients and coworkers will serve beneficial in the long-run because you will be approachable and at their disposal when problems arise.

3.) Listen! Speaking is significant when you are in an authority figure, but listening to your workers is more important! Communication is interactionamongst individuals which includes speaking and listening and even putting things into effect.

4.)Utilize direct, clear speech and speak in a sound voice.Do not be shy, and do not constantly repeat your words or mumble under your breath.A strong communicator does not simply utilize his voice alone to get the message across by uses multi-faceted methods.

5.) Sometimes to convey a message you don't have to yell, but instead you can get the message across by encouraging staff members to ask questions and promoting an exchange of feedback and ideas. A routine feedback from coworkers in an indiscreet manner can encourage them to voice concerns while simultaneously avoiding hostility!

yeah your voice must be clear use easy and simple language so that people can understand your message easily.
don't shout loudly during communication.
your positive and polite good body language and expressions which support your communication to other people.
don't use harsh wording during communication

Yes Definitely true that without effective communication Manager cant be successful .
It is very important to convey your message to your team .
You have to understand your colleagues to successfully convey the message .
There are different types of people who will not understand the things if conveyed in one single manner for that you need understand the mentality of the person who you want convey the message.
Sometimes manager needs to encourage his team personally or in public , sometimes it is necessary to put things under pressure , sometimes it is necessary to be strict in communicating .
Effective communication cannot be successful only by only communicating but you need to be in the team , know the team , help the team and act accordingly .

How one successfully Elucidates ( Articulates ) , is how one successfully Communicates .
In other words , any brain child idea , supposition or suggestion , must be expressed & relayed in a manner that'd get the Receiver ( Listener ) to fully get the correct & intended gist of it .
If one manages to arrive at such a desirable & favorable outcome , then this would mean that the Pitcher ( The Communicator ) is a Successful one , & , vice verse .
Now , Articulation isn't the only Component that's required to make an efficacious & efficient Communication .
One must also has in his / her tool kit the elements of what I'd call " The Equanimity Factor " , which would include , but not limited to , the3 Cs , which entail the ability to being ( Calm , Cool & Collected ) .
If one manages to have all these aspects rolled into one bundle that's incorporated into one's Character , then , it's only a matter of plain & simple Communication , that would make one Successful in their earthly pitch to put across their notions & inner-thoughts to others .
( & That's the way it goes ) .
