Dear Friend, I think you are from Sri Lanka : In your place Central Bank is there apart from Licenced Commercial Banks, Licenced specialised Banks and Registered Finacial Establishments they play major role in Banking. There equvalent similarity with India and Pakistan in the banking sector. In majority these places Banks follow differnt pattern for their staffing....as you know well, there is no necessity that it need be applied through online.....in general.
