Those people become key players within the team who have strong skills that are needed for the project, and complete their assigned tasks on time or ahead of time with good quality, and willing to help others, guide the juniors, solves complex problems, quick learner and ethusiastic to work in the team....
Key players of a team are focused on the project, and yet have open dialogue with their manager and team members. These individuals also mentor and support others during, and after their tasks are complete.
He has to study the CV of each team member then start give every body the suitable for him.
Then he should reward every one that do his job very well.
